That career has given Paul something rare: a working knowledge of how property, residency, and cross-border capital actually move together — and a network of buyers, developers, and advisors built over four decades of successful placements.
His ultimate personal goal is simply to retire in New Zealand, which is still his favourite spot after decades of global lifestyle experience. It is a conviction he shares with the clients he works with every day.
