The Role
What they do for you.
Designs and delivers bespoke residential developments across Jack's Point and Queenstown — including Lake Tewa Alpine Residences, the Tewa Lake Houses, Village Works, and Jack's Crossing.
Collaborates with award-winning architects and sustainably-certified build partners, with ecosystem restoration built into every project.
Holds buyer deposits in trust accounts in accordance with New Zealand law until settlement.
Gives our clients early access to releases before they reach the open market — the best lots, on the best terms.
When you meet them
On your scouting trip. You will walk their completed projects and their current sites, and ask them anything you like — we insist on it.
